How Your Arizona DUI Sentence Can Be Even Tougher Than You Thought

As a condition of getting an Arizona driver’s license, you agree to submit to a Breathalyzer or blood test if you’re ever stopped for a suspected DUI. Should you refuse either of these tests, your license is automatically suspended for one year (even if your case is later dismissed).
